Immediately after payment, MijnUittreksels starts performing your order: our systems retrieve the requested data from the Chamber of Commerce. As a private customer, your right of withdrawal only expires once the extract has been delivered to you. As long as your order has not yet been delivered, you can revoke it via the "Revoke order" button at the bottom of our website or via the link in your confirmation email; we will then refund the amount paid. If your order has already been delivered, cancellation or a refund is no longer possible, but you can ask us to resend the product to the same or a different email address via the option "Resend my order by email".
