It can sometimes happen that the delivery of your product is slightly delayed, but this never takes longer than 2 hours. Please also check your spam folder after this time. Still not found? Then contact us via our contact form. Please mention your order number and the email address you entered when placing your order. We will then manually send you your product by email.
Mijn Uittreksels is an intermediary for requesting extracts from the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce but is not part of the KVK. At www.mijnuittreksels.nl you can easily and quickly order your extract without logging in, and you can request your VAT invoice via our contact form, which you will receive immediately by email.
As a Private Limited Company you have a unique RSIN. You will also find this on the extract, provided it concerns a BV.
As a private customer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. When ordering, you consent to us starting the performance of the service immediately after payment; your right of withdrawal therefore only expires once the extract has been delivered to you. As long as your order has not yet been delivered, you can revoke your purchase via the "Revoke order" button at the bottom of our website or via the link in your confirmation email. We will then refund the amount paid to the account you paid with. If the extract has already been delivered, revocation is no longer possible; however, you can ask us to resend the product to the same or a different email address. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.

After a change in the Trade Register, it may take a number of working days before these changes have been processed. You will receive a confirmation from the KvK once the changes have been implemented. Only after that will the updated details also be visible on the extract you order. Please take this into account and order your extract after confirmation of the change.
Have you received an incorrect attachment? Then contact us immediately via our customer service. Please indicate that we have sent an incorrect extract and request us to send the correct one. We will send you within 1 working day the correct document.
