You are ordering a digital service that is performed and delivered immediately after payment. During the ordering process, you expressly consent — via a mandatory checkbox — to us starting performance immediately, and you declare that you waive your right of withdrawal once the extract has been delivered. Your right of withdrawal therefore only expires at the moment you have received the extract; until that moment you can revoke your order.
Note: Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal. Private customers retain their right of withdrawal until the extract has been delivered. You can revoke via the "Revoke order" button at the bottom of the website or via the link in the confirmation email.
